How do I get support?

If you are a parent or young person you can speak to your teacher, school or college staff who will complete a request for support form.

If you want support but do not want to speak to your teachers or school, you or your parents can contact our Single Point of Contact Service by telephone on 0191 283 2937.

Our admin team will book you in to speak to a member of the team and we can agree on support and you will be allocated to the most suitable service to meet your needs.

If you are a teacher or school staff you do not need a referral to access our service, the team is on hand within your schools and colleges to offer support and advice and deliver training.  Just link with your allocated worker from the Healthy Minds Team.

All school staff and professionals working in South Tyneside can make a request for support in writing using the request for support form.
